Each month, a auction is held where members can bid for the prize amount. The member who bids the lowest discount (foreman's commission + dividend for other members) wins the payout. All members share the remaining amount equally as dividend. The process is transparent and conducted in the presence of members.
Yes, standard KYC documentation is required including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and passport-size photographs. All documents are kept confidential and used solely for compliance purposes. A proper membership agreement is executed at the time of joining.
